New Product Design

We are currently involved in an exciting development, working with sound dead steel and acoustic foam.  The process of using these materials in our sheet metal fabrications helps significantly to cut out vibration and noise pollution in compliance with current regulations. The photographs shown are of a sound reduction enclosure that we have manufactured in co-operation with SDS Limited. This was required to reduce noise levels when testing diesel engines manufactured at this international engine manufacturer.

Sound Dead Steel Limited will be carrying out tests to check the percentage of noise reduction achieved. We will post the results of the noise reduction achieved when we receive the report.
